Incrementing cooperation funds will be good for developed countries

Especially for Spain, which has high rates of TB among the European Country, together with Portugal. We do not have to say it and say it and say it again: TB does not know about frontieres, borders, does not understand about social classes, people travel a lot! and mix all together in many many places and circumstances. How to identify who is in risk, how to exclude who is not? How to cope then with the spread of the disease? how to curtail its dissemination? You know it already, investing today in fighting the disease, improving the diagnose and the treatment will represent a long term profit to the whole world. Then, shouldn’t we invest in cooperation?
